Available payment methods may include debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, EMI, BNPL, or other supported payment modes, subject to availability at checkout.

Risersmart does not store your complete card details, UPI PIN, banking password, or sensitive payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by the payment gateway and respective banks or payment providers.

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation from our system.

In case of failed payment, payment deduction without order confirmation, double payment, or payment dispute, the customer must contact our support team with transaction details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy and payment gateway timelines.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, the customer may receive order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.

Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect customer details, courier unserviceability, bulk order verification, or any technical error.

If an order is cancelled by Risersmart after payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method or as per the applicable refund process.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Risersmart uses third-party shipping and logistics partners, including Shiprocket and its courier partners, for order pickup, shipment, tracking, and delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, pickup location, customer location, courier partner, pincode serviceability, order size, product category, and external conditions.

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines shown on the website are indicative and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, natural calamity, strikes, courier delays, logistics issues, public holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details including full address, pincode, landmark, phone number, and alternate contact number where possible.

Risersmart shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong phone number, customer not reachable, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be calculated based on product weight, volumetric weight, delivery location, order value, courier partner, packaging requirement, or applicable offer.

Free shipping, if offered, may be subject to minimum order value, specific product categories, promotional period, or selected pincodes.

10. Order Tracking

11. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the product is received damaged, defective, missing, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer must inform Risersmart support within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

Product name
Clear photos of the outer package
Clear photos of the inner packaging
Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product
Unboxing video, where available

Claims raised after 48 hours may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted.

Please do not use, install, alter, repair, or dispose of the product before reporting the issue to us.

After verification, Risersmart may offer replacement, repair support, store credit, refund, or any other suitable resolution as per product condition, availability, and our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds shall be governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Products may be eligible for return or replacement only if they meet the conditions mentioned in the Return & Refund Policy.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Bulk/B2B orders
Made-to-order items

14. Cash on Delivery, If Available

COD availability depends on product category, courier partner, pincode serviceability, customer history, and internal approval.

Risersmart reserves the right to disable COD for any customer, pincode, product, or order.

Customers must make full payment to the courier partner at the time of delivery for COD orders. Refusal to accept COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.

15. Bulk Orders, B2B Orders & Reseller Orders

Bulk orders, reseller orders, interior project orders, and B2B orders may be governed by additional terms related to pricing, MOQ, dispatch timeline, packaging, GST invoice, returns, replacement, payment terms, and logistics.

For such orders, Risersmart may request advance payment, GST details, business information, or written confirmation before processing the order.

Bulk and B2B orders may not be eligible for standard cancellation, return, or refund unless specifically agreed in writing.

16. Offers, Discounts & Coupons

Risersmart may run offers, coupon codes, launch discounts, bundle offers, free shipping offers, or promotional campaigns from time to time.

Offers are valid only for the stated period and may be changed, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

Coupon codes may not be clubbed with other offers unless clearly mentioned.

Misuse of coupon codes, duplicate accounts, fake orders, or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation.
