Because of this, delivery may take longer than standard retail orders. However, we make every effort to ensure that your order is properly checked, safely packed, and dispatched within the expected timeline.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order tracking page.

Delivery availability depends on courier partner serviceability for your pincode. If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you for an alternate address or may cancel the order and process an eligible refund.
7. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive tracking details where available.
You can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the shipment status. In some cases, tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after courier pickup.
If your order tracking is not updated for a long time, you may contact our support team with your order ID.
8. Delayed Delivery

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Risersmart will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong pincode, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their standard process.

If the order is returned to origin due to failed delivery, our team will review the case. Reshipping may be possible after payment of applicable shipping charges.
11. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears heavily damaged, tampered, or open at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately inform our support team.
If you accept the package and later find any damage, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with:

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted due to verification limitations.
12. Bulk Orders & B2B Shipments
Bulk orders, reseller orders, B2B orders, and interior project orders may require additional processing, packaging, and dispatch time.
Delivery timeline for bulk or special orders may vary depending on quantity, stock availability, packaging requirements, transport availability, and destination.
For bulk orders, our team may share estimated dispatch and delivery timelines separately.
13. Order Splitting
In some cases, if an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately based on product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirement, or courier feasibility.
You may receive multiple shipments for a single order. Tracking details will be shared wherever available.
14. Cash on Delivery, If Available
Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, selected pincodes, and selected order values.
COD availability depends on courier partner serviceability and Risersmart’s internal approval.
For COD orders, the full payment must be made to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
Refusal to accept COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.
15. International Shipping
At present, Risersmart primarily ships within India.
